You are guaranteed to be sent the finished digital edited photo/video within 15-72 working hours (depending on which option you select).

For the best results, your original photos should be free from smudges and dust. When scanning, a resolution of at least 300 dpi is recommended for optimal clarity. If you’re using a smartphone, capture your photo in a well-lit area to prevent shadows and keep the camera steady to avoid blurs. Our team can assist with specific instructions if needed.

Yes, this is a common and acceptable submission method. Many clients find it convenient to snap a photo of their physical pictures with their phones. Just make sure there’s enough light and the photo is focused. If you’re unsure about the quality, our team can review your digital snapshots and provide feedback or request a reshot if necessary to ensure we can achieve the best outcome.
